You will work as a product manager on the Routing PM Team, which is part of the Navigation Solutions & Services group at TomTom. Routing is a core ingredient to many products in TomTom's location technology portfolio. We operate and continuously evolve a versatile routing platform, helping hundreds of millions of drivers to get to their destination faster, safer, more conveniently, and more sustainably, covering a diverse set of use cases ranging from pre-planning in logistics optimization to helping commuters beat traffic. Key customers include various Automotive accounts like Stellantis and the Volkswagen Group, but also location technology platforms like Microsoft's Azure Maps., * You will be responsible for TomTom's Routing Platform, powering diverse TomTom products across Automotive and Enterprise market segments
- You will own the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of route planning core product KPIs and route planning top-level product strategy incl. technology runway
- You will establish feedback loops powering a route quality flywheel, including AI capabilities to leverage trace data for better routes
- You will lead the product roadmap for our Future Route Planning Platform, prioritizing key routing use cases and top-level product requirements for the coming 5+ years
- In collaboration with engineering, you will define the technology runway incl. cloud-first / cross-cloud, service platform engineering, and data-driven routing improvement capabilities
- You will contribute to continuously improving TomTom product management practices, focusing on product KPIs, usage analytics, and data-driven decision making
- You will contribute to continuously evolving our product visions & strategy, incl. departmental plans, and business, operational and organizational priorities
- You will have an opportunity to provide leadership to other product managers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, in a domain requiring technically advanced algorithms/solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Experience or technical training in data science, analytics
- Ability to understand, manage, and influence a diverse and challenging customer and stakeholder landscape
- Ability to coordinate people and technical resources from multiple areas of the company
- Effective time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the technical and senior executive level
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
