Job description
- Work on individual work packages under the guidance and support of more senior team members.
- Continuously develop your skills by taking on tasks slightly outside your comfort zone as part of your growth journey.
- Deliver individual work packages and small product improvements with increasing independence.
- Apply your "I-shaped" expertise with a strong focus on one core software engineering area (e.g., data engineering, server-side development, native applications, or web development).
- Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work, especially code quality and meeting functional requirements, while receiving support from more experienced engineers when needed.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of software engineering concepts, gained through studies or self-learning.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience (or none-junior level welcome).
- Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using established guidelines and procedures.
- Understanding of some product features within your team and willingness to contribute to design discussions.
- Ability to deliver small component improvements and resolve common issues with support.
- Openness to learning, working under guidance, and gradually increasing your independence.
