In this role you will focus on:

• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining Mendix solutions for different business lines within the bank.
• Continuously improving and extending our current application landscape.
• Participating in the initiation phase of the development process in close cooperation with your end users and solution architects.
• Implementing security measures to keep our landscape safe and compliant.
• Working in a cross functional agile team with team members from different disciplines.

Your team

Our ICT department oversees all ICT tasks and includes four dynamic teams.

All teams work with clear guidance from Enterprise Architecture and Quality & Control.

Our development teams consist of members from different subdepartments in order to operate cross functional. The Teams are responsible for developing the solutions as well as maintaining and improving them 'DevOps'.

You are analytical and well-structured because you need to understand business needs and translate them in workable solutions. You are a good listener. Because you are continuously asking questions and capable of translating the message into concrete actions.

Furthermore, you possess:

• As a minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field and well-known overall ICT knowledge.
• Mendix certification: Mx Intermediate or Advanced.
• A minimum of 4 years relevant Mendix development experience.
• Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Databases.
• API development and integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Agile and DevOps way of working.

Preferably but not a must: Familiarity with corporate banking processes would be an advantage for example, KYC, KYS, Treasury, Risk Management, Payment Processing, Regulatory Reporting.
