Job description
As the front-end developer, you will combine working as an IT Engineer in a team, with your role as front-ender. Most of the time you will work in your own block on refining, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT solutions. This includes:
- Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
- Mentoring your team members on technical craftmanship, especially for front-end
- Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining triangles, circles, communities and events
- Working in a DevOps environment and advocating the Agile and CICD processes
- On a people level you love coaching your team
- Establish and take ownership of our own domain and hosting
- Build a front-end pipeline
- Increase Javascript, Jason and CSS code quality
- Further futureproofing and IT hardening of our tag management system and DEQ

Requirements

Furthermore, you constantly look to push the boundaries of new possibilities., * You have a proven track record and proficiency in IT development (Javascript, Json, HTML & Webcomponents)
- You are a hero in SaaS technologies (preferably Tealium IQ, AudienceStream and Qualtrics)
- You can back-up your claim of IT development seniority with regards to Automation and CI/CD through certifications like ITIL, DASA DevOps, etc.
- You are the expert, the go-to person or guru when it comes to DevOps and Agile
- A track record and hands-on experience in the delivery of our technologies helps
- You are comfortable with coaching people and have good people skills
- Experienced in setting up Frond-End pipelines
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Understand and act upon the Scrum Values (openness, courage, commitment, respect and focus)
