In this role, you will help enterprise customers turn strategy into execution using the Bizzdesign Solution Suite.
As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll combine functional expertise with a hands-on mindset to guide customers through their transformation journey and ensure long-term success.
You will be part of our Professional Services team, working closely with internal teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience.
What will you do
- Deliver expert consultancy, training, and strategic guidance to large enterprise customers
- Lead business and technical engagements, from onboarding through implementation and rollout
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to ensure success and solve critical challenges
- Manage projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and proactively mitigating risks
- Contribute to defining and improving best practices to strengthen customer experience and delivery quality
- Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales to support shared customer outcomes

Requirements
Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, * You have native-level Dutch and speak fluent English.
- Have 3 to 5 year's of experience delivering technology-enabled consulting and driving value for enterprise customers, * Experience in technology-enabled consulting, delivering value to enterprise clients
- Background in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Business Consulting or related fields
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to lead customer sessions confidently
- Proven ability to drive customer value, adoption, and retention with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with modeling languages such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN (a plus)
- Proven willingness to learn scripting languages to continuously improve the solutions you deliver
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to customer sites (primarily within the Netherlands)
