Job description

As an Advisory Architect, you will make an impact by serving as a trusted technical advisor for our customers on their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions., * Lead and own ServiceNow solutions and align architectural strategy with business requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Evaluate demands against ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Propose decisions based on platform knowledge and the ServiceNow innovation roadmap.
  • Guide, mentor, and train team members while driving successful project completion.

Requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * 10-12 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.

  • Proven ability to run large-scale ServiceNow transition and transformation programs.
  • Expertise in multiple ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD, CSM, AppEngine, Now Assist).
  • Strong experience in design, development, deployment, and integration architecture.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL 4 practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Multiple ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certifications., * Exposure to GxP/GAMP5 systems and Lean Validation Approach.
  • Experience in Gen AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and UX-led design.
  • Ability to define and implement best practices and create accelerators on ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrable experience with commercial and delivery teams.
