Senior Infrastructure & Networking Engineer

• Support and shape our on-prem and Azure infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Azure services, including Web Apps, VNets, and security configurations
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking technologies, including switches, routers, and VPN solutions
• Oversee Windows server management and Azure build automation
• Implement monitoring and security measures using tools like Intune and Azure Monitor
• Provide escalation support and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues
• Collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and improve system efficiencies

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and networking
• Expertise in on-prem and Azure environments
• Strong knowledge of Azure services: Web Apps, VNets, Private Endpoints, App Gateway/WAF, Azure Firewall
• Familiarity with networking components: switches, routers, VPNs, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP
• Experience managing Windows servers and Azure builds, including automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proficiency in security and monitoring tools such as Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure Monitor, CrowdStrike, Meraki
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in 3rd line support
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within the team
