Job description
- Support and shape our on-prem and Azure infrastructure
- Manage and optimize Azure services, including Web Apps, VNets, and security configurations
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking technologies, including switches, routers, and VPN solutions
- Oversee Windows server management and Azure build automation
- Implement monitoring and security measures using tools like Intune and Azure Monitor
- Provide escalation support and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues
- Collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and improve system efficiencies

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and networking
- Expertise in on-prem and Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure services: Web Apps, VNets, Private Endpoints, App Gateway/WAF, Azure Firewall
- Familiarity with networking components: switches, routers, VPNs, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP
- Experience managing Windows servers and Azure builds, including automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proficiency in security and monitoring tools such as Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure Monitor, CrowdStrike, Meraki
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in 3rd line support
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within the team
