Job description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Global Privacy, Responsible Al g Data Regulations Team, where you will provide world-class advisory and compliance support to a diverse range of internal stakeholders. This role will primarily focus on the commercial, HR, and finance functions of the business, helping to ensure that privacy, responsible AI, and data regulations are seamlessly integrated into key strategies and processes.
- Strategic Business Partnering:
- Act as the primary global advisor to the commercial, HR, and finance teams, influencing strategy to ensure privacy, responsible Al, and data regulations are core components of business decision.
- Privacy & Responsible Al by Design:
- Lead the implementation of privacy and responsible Al principles across a range of data processing activities.
- Own and manage privacy impact (PIAS), AI risk assessments, and demand management using OneTrust to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
- With Local and Global Teams:
- Partner with local market teams to align with global privacy and AI risk requirements while ensuring compliance with regional variations.
- Collaborate with Group Cyber Security to integrate responsible Al principles into global risk assessments from the outset.
- Expert Advisory on Data Regulations:
- Provide expert advice across a wide range of areas, including commercial marketing. adtech, cookie management, consumer IoT, big data, responsible AI, and various HR and finance processes.
- Promote Privacy & Responsible Al Culture:
- Drive a Culture Of privacy and responsible AI within the organisation through ongoing training, awareness initiatives, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, * Experience in privacy: Ideally gained in the telecommunications sector or another relevant business area.
- Expert understanding of relevant legislation: In-depth knowledge of GDPR. the ePrivacy Directive, and related jurisprudence.
- Contract and privacy management: Experience in negotiating contracts, privacy consent, and notices.
- Global privacy knowledge: Strong understanding of the global privacy landscape, particularly in relation to commercial, HR, and finance products, services, and processes.
- Compliance management expertise: Familiar with compliance management standards, tools, methodologies,and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills: Able to handle multiple requests with varying priorities and manage diverse stakeholder needs effectively.
