Job description
- Act as the technical lead for a variety of client implementations
- Shape solution design and ensure strong delivery standards
- Engage in SQL development and data analysis for complex elements
- Set technical direction and support developers in their growth
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high standards
- Provide guidance during testing phases and help resolve issues
- Act as an escalation point for technical challenges

Requirements
- Advanced SQL development skills with expertise in querying, transformation, and performance optimization (any platform)
- Experience within financial services, FinTech, insurance, banking, or similar data-heavy environments
- Proven track record in leading technical delivery or implementation projects
- Experience supporting or managing small development teams
- Understanding of the full software development and implementation lifecycle
- Skills in managing scope, change control, and ensuring quality throughout delivery
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (such as Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent) or low-code configuration tools is a plus, but not essential
