Senior Database Developer

• Take ownership of the platforms configuration, build, and delivery for clients
• Shape full end-to-end solutions and guide teams through the build process
• Collaborate closely with solution designers to implement specifications
• Create build plans and set out testing strategies
• Lead peer reviews and oversee acceptance testing
• Manage defect triage and drive remediation releases
• Prepare deployments and support clients through transition phases
• Ensure clean handover of solutions to support teams
• Balance technical involvement with leadership and coaching duties

• Strong SQL skills with experience in any major SQL platform
• Proven background in FinTech, SaaS or financial services
• Understanding of implementation lifecycles and delivery of configuration or code
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data, tune performance
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI
• Experience in defining test cases and defect management
• Capability to mentor junior developers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
