Product Owner

• Owning and evolving the product vision in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Acting as the primary voice of the customer for Agile delivery teams
• Creating, prioritising and refining product backlogs and user stories
• Translating user feedback into clear, actionable product improvements
• Supporting Agile best practice and helping teams deliver frequent, valuable releases

• 7-8 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Agile Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum) and digital product lifecycles

• Confident stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments
• Experience with customer experience platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is beneficial
