IAM Specialist

• Support secure and compliant access to the new records management system and connected systems
• Focus on end-to-end IAM activities, including identity lifecycle management and access controls

• Security, We are a well-established public-sector organisation based in Warwickshire, undertaking a large-scale records management system replacement to Niche RMS. We are seeking an experienced IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in a hybrid role, allowing for up to 2 days per week on-site. This contract role offers a competitive daily rate of £450 - £650 (Outside IR35) for an initial duration of 12 months, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will require NPPV3 clearance or the ability to obtain it. Join us as we work towards enhancing our security practices in the public sector.

• Proven experience delivering IAM solutions in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint (essential)
• Experience integrating Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access, and least-privilege principles
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, federation, and privileged access
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, testing, and post-implementation transition
• Highly desirable: knowledge of NIAM and experience in policing or public-sector security environments
