Your new company A well-established UK-based cooperative, known for its strong presence in the dairy sector, is seeking a Group Cost Transformation & Compliance Support Manager to join their Finance team.
Your new role In this newly created position, you'll take the lead in driving cost efficiency and ensuring policy compliance across third-party supplier spend. Acting as a key business partner to various departments, you'll identify opportunities to streamline supplier relationships, negotiate favourable terms, and implement robust procurement practices. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining supplier records, conducting audits, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, including GDPR and trade regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or similar (or 5+ years' relevant experience)
- Proven experience in procurement or finance within manufacturing, FMCG, or food retail
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Skilled in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Comfortable working with data and IT systems
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and procurement best practices
