IT Engineer

• Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Managing tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and thorough resolution
• Supporting clients on-site with a strong service focus
• Working across Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Administering and maintaining Intune for device management, policies, and compliance
• Assisting with Azure-based work, including identity, security, and platform administration
• Contributing to cybersecurity improvements and maintaining good security hygiene across systems

• 1-2 years minimum IT experience in IT support or IT engineering
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
• Practical experience with Intune for device and policy management (desirable)
• Understanding of cyber security fundamentals and modern workplace best practices
• Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure and delivers excellent service
• Curious, motivated, and willing to learn new technologies
• Driving license essential due to location
