Head of Data - City of London

• Define and own the company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals
• Establish data governance, quality, privacy, and security standards
• Act as a senior data leader and advisor to the executive leadership team
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing data teams, including analytics and data engineering
• Own the design and evolution of the data architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Partner with engineering to incorporate data solutions into core products
• Enable self-serve analytics and reporting capabilities across the organization
• Deliver impactful insights to inform strategy and operations
• Define key metrics, KPIs, and data models to create a single source of truth
• Lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics initiatives
• Ensure compliance with data regulations and implement best practices for data privacy

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business contexts
• Familiarity with data compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, working with cross-functional teams
