Oracle Fusion/EPM SME

We seek an Oracle Fusion/EPM Functional SME to drive workflow and reporting enhancements, eliminating manual process workarounds and spreadsheets.

The position supports configuration changes, dashboard deployment, and TOM-aligned processes,

This role sits within a broader team for a new Finance Transformation Programme, with a start anticipated in April (team formation confirmation needed within 2 weeks).

Technical & Delivery Requirements:

· Work directly with client teams on Oracle Fusion/EPM configuration changes to enable TOM-aligned processes, workflows, structures, and reporting without manual intervention.

· Reconfigure Oracle Fusion to support redesigned processes, enforcing consistent metadata governance via steward roles and approval protocols.

· Deploy standardised reporting and performance dashboards for organisation-wide use, uplifting capabilities to minimise off-system tools and manual reconciliations.

Do you have experience in Oracle?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · 5+ years of Oracle Fusion/EPM functional expertise in finance transformations, including configuration and workflow design.

· Proven experience reducing manual process / spreadsheets through system enablement and automation.

· Finance ITGC (IT General Controls) experience ideal to support transformation controls, compliance, and risk assurance.

· Exposure to public sector or research organisations desirable., * How many years of ITGC experience?

This role is advertised on a daily rate basis; however, we also offer a salaried option ranging from £75,000 to £100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
