Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Longbenton

• Monitor the digital performance of thousands of mobile devices
• Investigate, troubleshoot and fix issues promptly
• Design and refine solutions to keep devices secure, compliant and user-friendly
• Collaborate closely with product teams to influence decisions and suggest improvements
• Serve as the go-to expert for configuration explanations and documentation

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
• Significant experience designing, building, configuring and administering infrastructure technologies for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android)
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management software and principles
• Experience in deploying, configuring and supporting mobile clients such as Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices
• Significant experience with Cloud Hosted infrastructure services within AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of networking principles in a security-conscious environment
• Understanding of deploying infrastructure via pipelines using CI/CD tools and methodologies
• Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Azure/Entra ID/Intune configuration and policies
• Knowledge of Identity principles, SSO and Certificate Based Authentication
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, own and manage problem records, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Working knowledge of Change and Incident management principles within the ITIL framework
