Job description
- Monitor the digital performance of thousands of mobile devices
- Investigate, troubleshoot and fix issues promptly
- Design and refine solutions to keep devices secure, compliant and user-friendly
- Collaborate closely with product teams to influence decisions and suggest improvements
- Serve as the go-to expert for configuration explanations and documentation
- Work with suppliers and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Monitor performance trends and ensure ecosystem stability and evolution

Requirements
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
- Significant experience designing, building, configuring and administering infrastructure technologies for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android)
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management software and principles
- Experience in deploying, configuring and supporting mobile clients such as Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices
- Significant experience with Cloud Hosted infrastructure services within AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of networking principles in a security-conscious environment
- Understanding of deploying infrastructure via pipelines using CI/CD tools and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Azure/Entra ID/Intune configuration and policies
- Knowledge of Identity principles, SSO and Certificate Based Authentication
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, own and manage problem records, including performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Working knowledge of Change and Incident management principles within the ITIL framework
