Job description

  • Understand and breakdown user stories into manageable tasks
  • Support and guide the team in project implementation
  • Execute assigned tasks individually
  • Update daily reports for leadership and clients
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and project needs
  • Create and manage High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Govern and manage Confluence/SharePoint
  • Manage deliverables effectively, especially in the absence of team members
  • Implement Pega best practices and guardrails
  • Mentor junior members and team leads technically
  • Develop and manage Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility, and Decision Rules
  • Execute SQL commands as needed
  • Work with various types of Pega rules including Correspondence, Integration, and Validation rules
  • Utilize debugging tools to troubleshoot and optimize performance
  • Conduct Pega reporting and external integrations
  • Support CoE activities and provide estimates for RFPs/RFIs
  • Implement Architectural Design and oversee all implementations

Requirements

  • CLSA certified in Pega 8.x, preferably Infinity version
  • Over 10 years of overall Pega experience
  • Knowledge of Pega installation (Version 24.2)
  • Ability to understand and breakdown user stories into tasks
  • Capability to support and guide the team
  • Hands-on experience to execute tasks individually
  • Proficient in updating daily reports to leadership/clients
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and need
  • Ability to create and own High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Experience in governing and managing Confluence/SharePoint
  • Capable of managing deliverables in the absence of team members
  • Familiarity with Pega best practices and guardrails
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC, agile, and other implementation methodologies
  • Understanding of Pega implementation methodology
  • Knowledgeable on ECS, Situational Layer Cake, and Case Management
  • Experience in executing Architectural Design and implementation
  • Ability to support CoE activities
  • Capable of supporting estimates for RFPs/RFIs
  • Experience mentoring junior members/team leads
  • Knowledge in developing and managing Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility, and Decision Rules
  • SQL knowledge to execute DDL (preferred), DML, and DQL
  • Experience with various types of rules like Correspondence, Integration, and Validation Rules
  • Proficient in using debugging tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, performance tools, PDC, and AES
  • Experienced in PRPC reporting tools
  • Knowledge of external integrations
  • Familiarity with Constellations
  • Knowledge of Agents and Job Schedulers
  • Knowledge of Channels implementation
  • Understanding of skin rules implementation
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of Blueprint, Gen-AI, and Knowledge Buddy integrations
