Mobile App Developer - React Native

We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Mobile Developer to help build and scale our React Native app from MVP to production.

You will own large parts of the mobile codebase and contribute across frontend, backend, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a React Native mobile app (iOS & Android)
• Implement clean, scalable UI from Figma designs
• Develop and integrate backend services (APIs, auth, databases)
• Work with third-party integrations (wearables, tracking, rewards, payments, deep links)
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with founders on product decisions and architecture
• Help define best practices, tooling, and technical direction

Do you have experience in iOS?

POWR is a movement-to-earn mobile app that rewards people for staying active, building healthy habits, and being consistent over time. We're early-stage, founder-led, and focused on shipping a strong MVP, validating product-market fit, and scaling responsibly. You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over the technical foundations of the product.
