This is an exceptional Data Test Engineer contract opportunity to work with a leading London based Tech organisation.

The Data Test Engineer contract is mainly remote with occasional visits to the London office (as in 2 days a month)

As Data Test Engineer you will take ownership of the testing of data pipelines for new and existing data service projects. As Data Test Engineer you will test the raw data before it goes to live business critical BI systems so strong data engineering testing experience is essential. Previous commercial experience testing data pipelines, transformation, validation etc is essential as strong hands on SQL (high level including tuning, complex joins etc) Fabric pipelines, notebooks etc. As Data Test Engineer strong Power BI testing is also essential (inc DaX, Power Query) API Testing is also essential s Data Test Engineer (REST) Any experience within Insurance, Financial Services or Banking is highly desirable but not essential as would be any hands on Data Analysis/Engineering background., * Power BI Testing (DAX, Power Query etc)
