Requirements
My client is looking for a UI Designer with 3-5 years' experience who lives and breathes UI and design systems. This role is all about enterprise-scale design, system thinking, and strong design advocacy - not front-end engineering.You'll join a newly formed design team with real influence, shaping how UI is built, scaled, and governed across complex platforms and brands., * Strong UI design background (not UX generalist, not front-end dev)
- Proven experience working with design systems
- High-level Figma proficiency
- Experience with design tokens and enterprise UI patterns
- A portfolio that shows real problem-solving, not just pretty screens
- Experienced working in a regulated environment
