Join Ravago as an IT Support Engineer in a dynamic field-based role covering multiple locations across the UK. As an integral part of our IT team, you will provide exceptional technical support to ensure seamless IT operations across our sites. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and delivering excellent customer service to our internal clients.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff across various UK locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improvements.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and service requests using our ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system and network performance checks and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, We are seeking an experienced IT professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT support and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Professional experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
