Job description

  • Administer, maintain, and optimise core business systems including NetSuite, HubSpot, and integration platforms
  • Perform day-to-day operations, support, maintenance, and change requests across the full business systems landscape
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enhancements using scripting and automation tools (e.g. SuiteScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure Logic Apps)
  • Manage system integrations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data flows between platforms
  • Oversee user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access controls across systems
  • Monitor system performance, usage, scheduled scripts, and data quality
  • Lead or support full-cycle business systems projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, and change management
  • Manage NetSuite change control and semi-annual release processes
  • Ensure ERP and CRM data governance, integrity, security, and compliance
  • Provide second-line support and deliver ongoing technical and systems training to users
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Engage with suppliers to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure service levels and SLAs are met
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to enhance CRM, ERP, and integration capabilities
  • Support budgeting and supplier management within the Information Systems function
  • Produce system specifications and solution documentation in collaboration with business analysts
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality service to internal users and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years advanced hands-on experience administering and optimising NetSuite Finance and CRM
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Celigo, and enterprise system integrations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL (2005-2012), procedural SQL, and stored procedure development
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including SQL and Logic Apps
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation, scripting, and system customisations
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, CRM platforms, and end-to-end business processes
  • Experience managing data integrity, duplication issues, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex systems clearly
