  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage with suppliers to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure service levels and SLAs are met.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to enhance CRM, ERP, and integration capabilities.
  • Support budgeting and supplier management within the Information Systems function.
  • Produce system specifications and solution documentation in collaboration with business analysts.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality service to internal users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years' advanced hands-on experience administering and optimising NetSuite Finance and CRM.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Celigo, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL (2005-2012), procedural SQL, and stored procedure development.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including SQL and Logic Apps.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation, scripting, and system customisations.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, CRM platforms, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience managing data integrity, duplication issues, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex systems clearly.
