Job description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BPSS supported systems align with business needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of BPSS support services, maintaining agreed internal SLAs.
  • Facilitate effective communication to resolve issues with suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs while managing vendor support services.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Uphold security practices and standards to protect sensitive information.
  • Implement training strategies to enhance application knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing vendors, partners, and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement service delivery models for ERP transformation.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules.
  • A background in the public sector, preferably within policing, is highly desirable.
  • Must have resided in the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years.
