ICT Operations manager Dag

As ICT Operations Manager, you will lead a passionate team of potatoholics responsible for global IT service delivery, infrastructure, security, and IT/OT operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our cloud-first journey, embedding ITIL-based efficiency, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations across our international footprint.

In this role you report directly to the CIO.

Your Mission

• Lead and develop global IT operations strategies aligned with Agristo's business and IT objectives.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs in collaboration with the IT leadership team, driving continuous improvement.
• Foster innovation and a culture of ownership and excellence within the operations teams.
• Coordinate and optimize service delivery across international sites, ensuring consistency and collaboration.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and actively contribute to Agristo's cloud-first ambition.
• Implement and improve ITIL-based processes for scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Integrate DevOps and DevSecOps principles into operational processes to enhance agility, automation, and security.
• Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring strategic alignment and service excellence.
• Ensure clear reporting and communication across services and stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Web services?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management or a related field.

• Proven experience in cloud migration and strong understanding of cloud-first strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity, and ICT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices and how they complement ITIL.
• Experience in managing global IT operations and coordinating international teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. You're a real business relations manager.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• You can work several days a week from our headquarters at Wielsbeke. Complete remote working is not possible.
