Senior Backend Engineer

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A strong end-to-end passion for building and operating business-critical services

• Extensive experience with Java/Spring, Kubernetes and AWS, in microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Camunda) is a plus
• The autonomy to work independently while consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• The ability to positively influence engineering culture, including ownership of essential practices such as maintaining up-to-date technical documentation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and solutions openly, constructively, and with respect
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, taking pride in both the quality and impact of your work
• A strong drive for continuous learning and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone
• Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as incremental design, pairing, trunk-based development and continuous deployment, is a plus
• Fluency in English
