As a Graduate, you will work on real products and real business challenges, while developing both your technical expertise and your professional skills. Throughout the year, you will engage in activities designed to support your personal growth, strengthen your communication skills, and expand your global mindset., As an Engineering Graduate - Data Scientist / Artificial Intelligence, you will play a key role in accelerating powertrain engineering through data and AI:
- Transform large volumes of data from R&D activities, test benches, and real-world vehicle usage into actionable insights
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for powertrain products
- Explore advanced techniques such as deep learning, optimization, agent-based modeling, and computer vision
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into engineers' daily workflows
- Contribute to the development of a strong data and AI culture by sharing expertise, mentoring, and collaborating across teams
You will also contribute to identifying new AI innovation opportunities and ensuring alignment between technical solutions, business needs, and customer value.
Requirements
Curious, creative, open-minded, and eager to learn. You enjoy exploring new ideas, understanding business needs, and transforming theory into practical, value-creating solutions. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative, international, and multidisciplinary environments., * A Master's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, completed no more than 18 months before the program start
- No more than two years of full-time professional experience after graduation
- Strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, and AI
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, Spark, Airflow or similar tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Streamlit, etc.)
- Exposure to platforms such as Databricks or equivalent
- Initial experience in leading projects (academic, associative, or personal)
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluency in English (French is a strong asset in this environment)
Nice to have: GitHub projects, software development practices, agile methodologies, or innovation techniques.
