Job description
The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for addressing all incoming queries about Kenshoo/Skai and managing those queries through to completion., * Answer incoming Kenshoo/Skai support requests from clients via email and chat
- Resolve or escalate issues raised by clients following defined processes
- Support the Client Services staff in defined activities
- Pick up, open and maintain cases in Salesforce
Measures of Success
- Meet quarterly goals as agreed with Director of Client Support
- Attentive response and communication to all support queries
- Feedback back from customers and other Kenshoo Employees
- Meeting defined SLAs that are pre agreed with clients
Requirements
Do you have experience in UNIX?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, be a good communicator, very analytical and be a true problem solver. The role will be office based, but there will be opportunities to progress if the candidates demonstrate themselves to be capable after 18-24 months in the role. It will make a great starter role for somebody looking to begin their career in digital marketing., * Passion, dedication, and desire to be the best
- Basic to Intermediate Level knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated and ability to work on own initiatives in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to work standard business hours. Flexibility or interest in working 'off-hours' such as weekends or holidays where needed.
- College Degree, Bachelor Degree or higher
- A basic understanding of Search & Social Marketing and the other digital channels
Nice to have
- Fluent in additional languages
- Experience in customer-service industry
- Any of the following areas of expertise: Java, Application Servers, Windows/UNIX Administration.
- Previous experience / knowledge in the areas of online advertising and search engines.
