Job description
This is a shift-based role, requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in IT support. The Service Desk Team Supervisor will act as a technical escalation point for the team, provide day-to-day supervision, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery., * Work with the Service Desk Manager to improve the Service Desk function
- Technical escalation points for members of the Service Desk team
- Work with the IT Infrastructure Team and Service Desk Manager to make sure projects are completed
- Relationship management with external suppliers
- Office 365 administration
- User account and domain management
- Maintaining the Software and Hardware inventories
- Broadcast & Corporate Systems issues ticket management and escalation
- Training the Service Desk Team
- Management and support of on-site Audio-Visual equipment
- Producing and improving the corporate & broadcast IT Knowledge Base
- Maintaining assets in the CMDB system
- Meeting with key areas of the business to improve processes
- Manage the shift service desk team
- Work on existing processes and procedures for the department
- Involvement with managing the shift rota
- Supervising the shift team and managing the continuous service between shifts
- Manage the shift team's workload and provide supervisory expertise
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience working in a similar technical IT role
- Experience providing support for desktop platforms including Windows 10
- Proficiency with Office 365 administration and full Office Suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
- Ivanti & Intune administration
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware faults
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Confidence in communicating with people and understanding their IT concerns
- IT Service Management tool knowledge
- Ability to form strong working relationships to best assist all staff, as well as having a good logical approach to problem-solving
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes to work schedule when required
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-directed, and organised
- Be confident in being able to speak to all levels of the business
- ITIL Qualification is desired but not required
- Previous experience in an IT Support role is desired but not required
- Previous experience working in a shift-based role supporting media organisations or similar is desired but not required

The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes.
