Job description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the Service Desk Supervisors to improve the Service Desk function.
- Relationship management with external suppliers.
- Office 365 administration.
- User account and domain management.
- Maintaining the Software and Hardware inventories.
- Broadcast & Corporate Systems issues ticket management and escalation..
- Management and support of onsite Audio-Visual equipment.
- Producing and improving the corporate & broadcast IT Knowledge Base.
- Maintaining assets in CMDB system.
- Work on existing processes and procedures for the department.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience working in a first or second line support role, ideally within a broadcast or production setting
- Experience providing support for desktop platforms, including Windows 10
- Proficiency with Office 365 administration and full Office Suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
- Ivanti & Intune administration
- Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware faults
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Confidence in communicating with people and understanding their IT concerns
- IT Service Management tool knowledge
- Ability to form strong working relationships to best assist all staff, as well as having a good logical approach to problem-solving
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes to the work schedule when required
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-directed, and organised
- Be confident in being able to speak to all levels of the business
- ITIL Qualification is desired but not required
- Previous experience working in a shift-based role supporting media organisations or similar is desired but not required
About the company
Premier League Studio's IT team are looking for Service Desk Technicians to join a newly established IT support function. The role ensures IT support needs are met, and staff maintain technological efficiency. Ideal candidates have strong IT skills and service experience.
We are recruiting four positions across the team, two permanent and two fixed-term, 12-month contracts. All positions will work across a shift pattern to ensure service delivery is maintained as per Premier League Studio's requirements.

We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Handbook as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation's intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
