Senior Systems Engineering Consultant

• Support delivery of technical consulting projects
• Design and apply systems engineering approaches to tackle real-world problems
• Develop analytical tools and techniques, including innovative approaches when required
• Lead technical teams on short-term tasks, providing evidence-based analysis and recommendations
• Contribute to longer-term, large-scale programmes as part of a team delivering products and artefacts

• Sound understanding of scientific, mathematical or capability analysis techniques
• Proven ability to develop technical solutions to business problems
• Experience in either Space Systems, Telecommunications and Network Systems, Military C4I Systems or Digital Engineering practices such as Modelling and Simulation or Digital Twins
• Experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle
• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, using digital tools and models across the engineering lifecycle
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture, or domain-specific architecture using frameworks such as TOGAF, NAF, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Requirements Engineering and related tools, like IBM DOORS or Dimensions RM
• Experience in creating and managing Capability and Technology roadmaps
• Stakeholder Management skills, including workshop facilitation
• Understanding and application of Service Management practices like ITIL or eTOM
• Professional registration with a relevant organisation, or willingness to work towards it
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo a baseline personnel security standard check prior to employment
• Eligibility to complete a UKSV security clearance application upon starting employment, with at least 5 years of UK residency
