FinOps Specialist

• You will assist on a key project that requires urgent cover as a FinOps Analyst.
• Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes with cloud operations.
• You will be responsible for analysing and optimising cloud spending, providing insights to drive cost efficiencies.
• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, necessitating regular communication with both technical and financial stakeholders.

• You must have demonstrated expertise in finance, cloud operations, or cost optimisation within technology-driven environments.
• We require hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, along with proficiency in FinOps tools such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, or native cost management solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities are essential, including advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is considered a plus.
• You should be skilled in managing integration and migration initiatives across cloud and financial systems.
• A solid understanding of financial planning principles-including budgeting, forecasting, and modelling for both OPEX and CAPEX-is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as you will need to effectively translate financial insights for technical stakeholders and vice versa.
