Job description
- As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be heading up a team of four, working on multiple long-term projects that we are rolling out nationally and soon internationally. This role will require you to be onsite in North Oxford at least two days per week.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading/mentoring software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
- Solid understanding of relational databases; MySQL is preferred.
- Expertise in version control systems such as Git.
- Implementing testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E).
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
