Job description

  • As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be heading up a team of four, working on multiple long-term projects that we are rolling out nationally and soon internationally. This role will require you to be onsite in North Oxford at least two days per week.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading/mentoring software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
  • Experience using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases; MySQL is preferred.
  • Expertise in version control systems such as Git.
  • Implementing testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E).
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
