React Native Developer

• In this role, you will lead the development of mobile applications using React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Your responsibilities will include driving technical design and implementation of new features while ensuring code quality and maintainability. You will promote modern architectural patterns, such as modular design and state management best practices (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers, will be key to delivering user-centric solutions. You will also review code, mentor team members, and lead by example in producing scalable and maintainable solutions. Continuously evaluating emerging technologies and contributing to strategic technical decisions will be part of your mandate.

• UX UI Design, This position is available for a duration of 6 months, with a hybrid work model based in London, Knutsford, Glasgow, or Northampton. The day rate is set between £400 and £450, applicable through an umbrella company. This role goes beyond just coding; you will serve as a technical steward, setting standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our mobile development team. While native Android/iOS development experience and familiarity with tools like Expo, Fastlane, or other app deployment tools would be nice to have, they are not mandatory. We also value exposure to agile environments and DevOps practices.

• We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 5-8 years of experience in front-end or mobile development, specifically focusing on React Native. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile performance optimization, and component-based architecture. Additionally, you should possess solid knowledge of mobile development workflows, debugging, testing (using tools like Jest and Detox), and CI/CD processes. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, along with strong communication and leadership skills, is essential. A proven track record of mentoring developers and promoting coding standards is highly valued.
