NOC Engineer

• Monitor and manage the Quickline infrastructure, radio, and 5G networks
• Rapidly react to issues, outages, and alarms
• Implement key management of Quickline problem and change policy
• Manage incidents and report on potential issues affecting the Quickline network
• Manage security on the Quickline network, including access to sites, street cabinets, and key secure locations

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to help monitor and manage the Quickline Next-Generation Hybrid Network. This role is based onsite at our Willerby Office. • Experience working as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment
• Excellent working knowledge of systems, including Microsoft packages
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working on RCAs and RFOs
• Working knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential
