Job description
- In this role, you will be part of our helpdesk team at our Nottingham office. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for logging all technical incidents and requests via phone or email. You will resolve these issues in line with our service level agreements and take full ownership of tickets to ensure customers have a consistent line of communication. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the technical support team, leveraging their knowledge and experience to reach satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements
- We are looking for someone with at least 6-12 months of experience in a technical role or strong customer service experience, particularly in a helpdesk environment. If you have familiarity with Ivanti, Service Now, or ITSM tools, that would be an advantage, although we provide full training. If you have a solid customer service background and an interest in IT, we would love to have a conversation with you!
