Job description
- Serve as the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.
- Log, manage, and resolve service requests using an IT Service Management tool.
- Develop customer guides, knowledge bases, and internal processes.
- Gain hands-on experience with Windows, Office 365, networking, virtualization, software updates, and backup solutions.

Requirements
- MSP Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in 1st Line support is preferred, but we are open to considering fresh, dynamic individuals with technical understanding or relevant academic qualifications.
- People Skills: A passion for helping others and valuing customer interaction is essential.
- Clear Communicator: You should be confident in explaining technical solutions in a friendly manner.
- Adaptable & Flexible: Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime as needed.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks.

Benefits & conditions
