Head of Data

• In this pivotal leadership role, you will define and lead the BI and Data strategy, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory goals. You will oversee the migration from legacy on-prem systems to a modern Azure-based data platform, while building and managing a team of BI Analysts and Data Engineers. Your responsibilities also include developing dashboards, reporting tools, and predictive analytics to support various business units. You will champion data governance, quality, and compliance across the organization and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating data into commercial insights.

• We are looking for someone with proven experience in a Senior BI or data leadership role, ideally within financial services. You should have strong technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI). Hands-on experience with Azure data technologies is essential. Additionally, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are a must. We value a strategic mindset with the ability to influence and lead change.

We offer a salary of up to £120,000 along with a performance bonus.
