Job description

We are seeking experienced Data Modeller with strong expertise in Insurance domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role:

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, scalable data models.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.
  • Define and enforce database development and modeling standards across projects.
  • Validate, review, and reconcile data models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and enhance existing models as business processes and data evolve.
  • Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise data management strategies and governance initiatives.
  • Oversee data migration efforts from legacy systems to modern data platforms.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Metadata?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong experience as a Data Modeler with expertise in modeling techniques and design tools.

  • Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and database structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata best practices.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and educate team members on data management concepts.
  • Academic foundation in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines (Bachelor's/Master's).
