Housing Data Engineer

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Housing Data Engineer on a Contract basis.

We are looking for a Housing Data Specialist / Data Engineer to support the improvement, integrity, and effective use of housing data across the organisation. You will play a key role in reducing reliance on spreadsheets, improving data quality within NEC Housing, and enabling robust insight and reporting for the organisation., Work with the corporate data team and housing services to cleanse and standardise housing data Prepare and transform data for import into NEC Housing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment Extract, manipulate, and validate data from NEC Housing to support operational and analytical needs Engineer housing data to support business insight, performance monitoring, and BI reporting across the council.

Extensive experience in a similar role Proven experience working with housing or service data, including data cleansing and transformation Strong ability to extract and manipulate data, including experience with NEC Housing Local Authority experience is essential
