- In this role, you will guide the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will directly manage a team of two developers and two testers, with potential for growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the development and technical roadmap as we transition legacy .NET and PHP applications to modern, cloud-hosted platforms.
- Mentoring developers and promoting engineering best practices across the organization.
- Leading design and development efforts, shaping engineering standards, and maintaining quality.
- Driving continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), improving documentation and review processes.
- Bridging the gap between technology and business by clearly articulating the importance of certain technical decisions.
