Servicenow Developer

• In this role, you will be involved in various technical development activities including configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules across HR, IT, and Customer Service workflows. You will develop and maintain custom applications using JavaScript and Angular, and leverage technologies like Now Assist, GenAI, and Workflow Data Fabric to create modern, AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will use Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal to build intuitive and role-based user interfaces while designing responsive dashboards and self-service portals. You'll connect ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to ensure consistent and reliable data across platforms. You will enhance customer experiences through journey mapping, self-service, and real-time analytics, and deliver seamless employee experience workflows. Collaboration is key, as you will participate in requirement gathering, contribute to code reviews, and work cross-functionally with teams in IT, HR, and customer service.

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer with a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience. You should have strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, and Flow Designer. Experience across key ServiceNow workflows such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Onboarding is essential. You must also demonstrate proven integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Implementation Specialist (HRSD or CSM).
