Lead Data Engineer

• In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a team of technical consultants while contributing to the design and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring your team to drive engagement and development, overseeing resource planning, scheduling, and performance management. You will also collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to scope and deliver projects, as well as design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks.

• We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership experience in data engineering or data consultancy. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks. Strong skills in SQL and Python/PySpark are essential, along with experience in designing data lakes, warehouses, and scalable data models for BI tools like Power BI. A solid understanding of data architecture and optimization techniques for large-scale solutions is also important.
