  • Maintain and develop external information endpoints aligned with FAIR data principles.
  • Apply machine learning and LLMs to improve information retrieval and automate content classification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert for content analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Deliver training and develop best-practice guidance for AI/NLP tools and content analytics.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in NLP, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Python and tools used for text analytics and data visualisation.
  • Knowledge of ontologies, semantic technologies, metadata, or knowledge graph management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging digital and data-driven technologies.
