Senior Business & Market Intelligence Manager - Corrugated Packaging

• Build a coherent commercial narrative for the Corrugated Packaging business unit, ensuring alignment with Business Segments and translating insights into strategic messages.
• Drive commercial segment strategy through deep market intelligence, including analysis of trends, customer dynamics, and converting insights into go-to-market approaches.
• Develop and manage a KPI and performance-tracking system enabling structured follow-up of commercial initiatives and value creation.
• Conduct commercial impact analyses of pricing, customer programs, portfolio actions, and go-to-market setups.
• Lead competitive intelligence and benchmarking activities to identify risks, opportunities, and market shifts.
• Prepare management presentations synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Controlling, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Strategy.
• Manage relationships with external market research partners.
• Contribute to strategic and commercial projects including business case development and scenario modelling.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong analytical capabilities with ability to structure and commu nicate complex data to various stakeholders.

• Proficiency with BI tools, analytics platforms, and Excel; experience with SAP BW/BO beneficial.
• Deep understanding of B2B industrial markets; packaging/paper experience advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking by effectively linking market evolution with commercial actions.
• Excellent command of English is required, and German language skills are considered an advantage.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in market intelligence, strategy, and analytics, with a preference for manufacturing exposure.
