We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a Product Owner.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Coordinate end-to-end product inputs with EC stakeholders and contractors

Own prioritisation, business value, and sprint planning within Agile teams

Validate requirements with data space stakeholders (DSSC, IDSA, Gaia-X, etc.)

Define and refine user stories and sprint backlogs

Review deliverables after each sprint and participate in demos

Supervise Simpl-Open technical architecture and interoperability

Validate software and architecture documentation
-
Act as technical interface between programme owners and developers

Support testing, deployment, reporting, and documentation

Monitor progress, risks, defects, and dependencies across projects
Requirements
Do you have experience in TOGAF?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 10 years.
- Multi-annual experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems.
- Multi-annual experience with large projects or programmes,
- Multi-annual experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Excellent Knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
- Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework.
- Experience working in EU Institutions.
- Proven experience as business analyst within the EU Institutions
- Excellent knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks, of Infrastructure as code, and of enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems.
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
- Excellent leadership, conciliation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work in a proactive and independent manner, with a focus on priorities, communication, and decision-making capacities.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level).
