Über die Stelle SAP FI/CO Project & Process Manager (100%) Industry: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Number of employees: approx. 1000 Reference number: W36XYR7W Key Facts: SAP FI/CO worstream lead, project management, SAP S/4HANA migration, stakeholder management, in Hinwil/home office. Main tasks: Analyze and translate business process requirements in close collaboration with Accounting and Controlling stakeholders Take ownership of SAP subprojects within the FI/CO domain, including validation and implementation of new SAP functionalities Handle incidents, tickets, and error analysis within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments Design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance and Controlling processes, including the reengineering of existing processes (e.g. product cost calculation) Act as the responsible lead for the SAP FI/CO workstream within projects and initiatives Support project communication and change management activities in collaboration with Accounting and Controlling teams Plan and
Requirements
execute functional and user-oriented test activities Actively contribute to the ongoing transformation and migration to SAP S/4HANA Support and coordinate interfaces between SAP and legacy systems from a Finance and Controlling perspective Your qualifications: Degree from a university, technical college, or a comparable educational background Proven experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling roles, either in projects or operational environments Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO from both business process and customizing perspectives Solid hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA Experience in project execution, coordination, and change management ABAP development or debugging skills are considered a strong asset Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
