Tasks
- Oversee central KISIM topics like user management and backup.
- Enhance quality through testing changes and new developments.
- Develop technical concepts and support project teams effectively., * Professional responsibility for central core topics of KISIM (e.g., rights and user management, responsibilities, failure management such as station backup).
- Further development & quality assurance through testing of changes and new developments.
- Development of professional and technical concepts, specifications, and decision-making bases.
- Collaboration on other core topics and projects, both in the existing technology and in the transfer to the new web technology.
- Participation in ensuring stable core operations, including analysis of operational and stability issues (e.g., agents, deployment-related questions, DevOps aspects in the web technology environment).
- Conducting training and workshops for internal employees and introduction customers.
- Supporting project and implementation teams through professional advice and targeted knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Experience in product management within healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical processes and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and document clearly., * Several years of experience as a product manager or application manager in the hospital environment.
- Ideally experience with our KISIM solution, alternatively very good knowledge of another clinical information system (CIS).
- Sound understanding of clinical processes as well as organizational and technical requirements in hospital operations.
- Experience with user, role, and authorization concepts.
- Technical understanding and interest in core and operational topics.
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured way and document them clearly.
- Enjoyment of conceptual work, training, and workshops.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
