YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and uncover trends that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and technology in a fast-paced environment, collaborating to keep our systems performant, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, retention, funnel performance)
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements
  • Monitor data quality and ensure data definitions and quality are consistent across all reports
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, experiments, and executive decision-making
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 5 years + of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or in a similar role

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Preset.io, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment especially with Revenue Departments
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data exploration and analysis

Highly valuable:

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with data transformation and modeling tools (e.g., dbt)
